01.Standard Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment
A Phase I ESA for a qualifying commercial property, completed under the applicable ASTM standard and including records research, interviews, visual site reconnaissance, environmental-professional evaluation, and a written report. A $1,500 deposit is required before work begins. Properties involving unusual size, use, environmental history, lender requirements, travel, access limitations, or accelerated deadlines may require a custom proposal.
02.Commercial Property Inspection
A clear visual assessment of the property’s major systems and accessible components, including roofing, exterior, structure, interiors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and site conditions. The inspection will be a limited, non-invasive visual evaluation of readily accessible systems, components, and site improvements and will be conducted in general accordance with the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties established by CCPIA.
