• Inspection reports, assessment reports, findings, recommendations, correspondence, and related project records.

Property photographs or videos may incidentally capture personal items, signage, vehicles, or individuals present at the site. Northline uses this material for documentation, reporting, quality control, safety, and other legitimate project purposes.

Their permitted use, distribution, ownership, reliance, and confidentiality may also be governed by the accepted proposal, signed contract, report terms, or other written agreement.

Northline may retain copies of reports and project materials for recordkeeping, quality control, insurance, legal, training, and business purposes, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations. We will not intentionally publish client-specific reports or identifiable project materials for marketing or other unrelated public use without appropriate permission, except where the information has been lawfully made public or deidentified.

 

6. Payment Information

Northline may use third-party payment processors to facilitate electronic payments. Payment processors handle payment-card and financial information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Northline may receive limited transaction information, such as the payer's name, billing information, payment amount, transaction date, and payment status.
